Submit your files
Send your print-ready interior PDF and cover file. If your files need technical preparation before production, we offer file priming at ₦8,000 — a one-time fee that keeps your files production-ready for every reorder.
Confirm your spec
We verify trim size, page count, paper stock, binding type, and cover finish. You approve the production spec before anything is printed.
Pay and produce
Production begins after full payment is confirmed. No exceptions — this protects both parties. We run quality checks at every stage of the production run.
Collect or ship
Your books are packaged and ready for collection or delivery. For listed authors, orders are produced and fulfilled directly from your book page.
Bringing your own files?
File Priming — ₦8,000
If your book was designed elsewhere, we technically prepare your files to meet our production standard — correct dimensions, embedded fonts, proper bleed, confirmed margins. This is not a redesign. It is the preparation that makes production possible without surprises.
One-time fee. Once primed, your files stay production-ready for every future reorder.
If files cannot be brought to production standard through priming, we will tell you honestly — and offer a discounted path to our Creation services.
